Delivery:

RVG Distribution Ltd supply customers worldwide. The majority of our orders are despatched on the same working day as the order is placed, if this is not possible then it is despatched the next working day, all orders are picked and ready to send within 24 hours (subject to payment).
We recommend placing orders before 12pm to ensure the best chance at getting sent the same day. We always operate on a first come, first serve basis.
We always aim to dispatch orders promptly, but as a general guideline all UK orders are sent via Next Day service. The orders are normally received by the next working day before 5pm (this excludes bank holidays).
Deliveries to Europe/Worldwide will be quoted on a per order basis depending on size and weight. These typically take 2 to 4 working days.
Please note for many large orders we will ship via a pallet for ease of delivery and to eliminate damaged stock. 
If you have any special delivery requests, then please make sure to contact us directly so that we can add them to your order. 
At Exceptionally busy times or in exceptional cases it may take us slightly longer than usual to process orders. Delivery during these circumstances may take longer. 
 

Important notice:

All deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery and the person receiving/signing must be over the minimum legal age for the products (over 18 years of age for nicotine products)
 

Tracking Your Parcel:

When your parcel is booked you will receive a tracking email & text (as long as you have provided us with this information), which will allow you to keep up-to-date or edit your delivery as you would like.
 
General Information: 

We supply strictly trade only. If we suspect orders to be for personal use we reserve the right to refuse supply & we may ask for additional proof of trading (VAT number, Company Number or other documentation as proof)

 

Hours of trading are 09:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. We are closed on all Bank Holidays.

 

All breakages/shortages to be advised within 3 days of delivery. No claims can be made after this time. Proof of breakages are required via email with photo evidence for our records. This is because we have a limited time to make a claim for breakages with our courier. 
We use UPS and DHL to deliver orders, however we reserve the right to use other courier/delivery companies from time to time.
Delivery to residential addresses may be subject to a surcharge.
All prices are excluding VAT (current rate)
All goods remain the property of RVG Distribution Ltd until paid for in full
RVG Distribution Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on late payments
Any payments sent to us in error will be credited to the customer’s account to be used on their next order. If you want the money returned to your account, this may incur administration/banking fees.
When an order is placed & then cancelled RVG Distribution Ltd reserves the right to charge a restocking charge of 10% if the order has already been packed for shipping
If the item requested is out of stock and a substitute is requested, an alternative can be chosen at our discretion as close to the value as possible. Please be aware these may vary slightly to the original item ordered.

By placing an order with us at RVG Distribution Ltd, you are agreeing to the terms stated on this webpage. Any changes that you request are made to your order after it is placed will be done if notified immediately, however if the order is packed and you have received your final invoice, the changes will be at the discretion of RVG Distribution Ltd and may incur restocking fees as stated above.
